Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Driving Unicorns. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Period
You may return eligible items purchased from Driving Unicorns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
Not as Described: The art piece received does not match what was promised through pictures and selling. This includes significant discrepancies in color, size, condition, or any other substantial difference.
Shipping Damage: The art piece was damaged during shipping. We understand that accidents can happen during transit, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Eligible Items for Returns
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
Custom-made or personalized artworks.
Artworks that have been altered or damaged after delivery by the customer.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Return Process
If your item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team at admin@drivingunicorns.com or 604-928-2130 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing photographs of the item and packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
Please securely package the item, affix the provided return label, and send it back to us.
Refund
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow [X] business days for the refund to process.
